OUR TRAINING:
All employees are highly trained in the law, skip tracing, and overcoming objections. Education is ongoing, and Midwest Service Bureau invests a great deal of resources to train in all collection techniques and collection testing on the law and regulations.
LIMIT ON WORK QUEUES:
Midwest Service Bureau limits the collector to 1500-1800 accounts. This means the collectors are required to spend purposeful time on each account and work them more frequently. This increases the opportunity for optimal resolution and results.
PERSONAL VISITS:
Personal onsite visits to clients may be old fashioned in these days of technology, however MSB still believes that people want to know who they are doing business with beyond email and remote access. MSB clients and their individual needs are important, and the collection culture in this office encourages to face to face contact.
EDUCATION:
Midwest Service Bureau offers free on-site training for client staff to understand the laws, collection techniques, and many other aspects of the collection industry. Additionally, MSB regularly participates in national webinars that can offer webinar access at reduced pricing.
