If MSB has determined that the debtor is not willing to voluntarily pay and it is shown there are adequate assets, a request for written approval will be sent to the client to seek judgment. MSB will continue to provide services until payment in full is obtained by locating an attorney, advancing court costs, and following up on all subsequent litigation actions. Permission to pursue legal action is always on a case-by-case basis and only after review by the MSB collection manager and approval by the client. There is no charge for legal services however, the commission rate is increased and MSB will pay the attorney fees from this amount.
