Midwest Service Bureau, Inc. (MSB) is a local owned and operated Kansas corporation based out of Wichita. Established in March of 1970 with a staff of 2, we have substantially grown and currently employ over 35 individuals today. MSB currently recognizes annual referrals in excess of $45 million from local, regional, and national accounts. Midwest Service Bureau services clients across all industries with the majority being medical and financial institutions. Our management staff has an average tenure of 20 years and we boast a combined collection experience of over 100 years.

MSB is fully bonded and insured in the amount of $1.5 million. We are members of the American Collectors Association (ACA), Kansas Collectors Association (KCA), Kansas Medical Group Management Association (KMGMA), Kansas Association of Healthcare Patient Access and Account Managers (KAHPAM), Oklahoma Credit Union Collectors Association, and business associate affiliate of the Kansas Hospital Association.

Micki Kell is the President and Owner of Midwest Service Bureau, Inc. and has been with the organization for over 40 years. Over her tenure, Mrs. Kell has held and commanded every position within the company leading to her current position. Mrs. Kell is widely pursued in training facilities across the country to engage audiences in the collection industries best practices. Mrs. Kell regularly hosts Lorman training webinars on the ever-changing collection industry.
